If you know me, you know I am a big fan of practice over reading. You just can't replace that kind of real-world experience.
It's the reason why companies prefer people who have already worked in their industry. Why hire a rookie when you can hire a seasoned veteran?
At the same time, I get it. It's not that easy to just go out there and do whatever it is you're supposed to be doing...
Truth of the matter is, most people don't know what they need to do in order to improve their social skills. This is why most people lean toward reading -- to gain understanding and knowledge and feel better about what they're trying to do.
The best way to gain that knowledge and understanding is by watching people who are already doing it. You then get to see it in action in a real-life situation.
It doesn't get any better than that.
The Maverick: If you're looking to better the way you communicate with women (verbally and physically), then spend at least two days watching guys who are good at communicating with women.
Watch their body language -- how they walk and move around a space -- the way they talk with women and what they do to get women attracted to them.
There are specific things guys do that get women into them and vice-versa -- and a lot of time, neither knows they're even doing it.
This is gives you a chance to be the fly on the wall and see how the attraction truly works between a man and a woman.
The more time you spend watching, the more you'll see. Imagine the knowledge you'll gain if you were to people watch for a whole week.
